Nick Bibby founded the Bibby Group, an international franchise consulting firm focused on the development of quality franchise systems, as well as counseling and due diligence services for entrepreneurs. He has worked in, studied, and written about the franchise industry since 1979 in the capacities of franchisee, franchisor, consultant, counselor, expert witness, and author.
Nick is accepted by courts nationwide as a franchise expert. His opinions on franchising have been sought out and published in numerous newspapers, journals, and websites. He has authored dozens of articles on franchising and entrepreneurship and he has taught those subjects at Louisiana State University.
Prior to embracing the franchise industry, Nick was employed as an operations analyst by ITT Corporation, where he reached the Director level at age 29. He holds an MBA from Boston University and an MA in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University. Prior to graduate school and corporate life he was an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps where he served his tour of duty in Vietnam and earned the rank of Captain. |
