Those numbers are not available.
Although we have tried to find them and have had no luck,
I feel that the 5% published rate is not reliable.
There is no formal study that I am aware of, but I think
if you checked into units taken back, closed before the
term expired, resold/reopened, etc. you would find that
the 5% rate is very low compared to reality.
